Kyle Anderson, MS, RD, LD founded LifeStage RD to bridge the gap between rigorous clinical science and genuine, approachable care. With a master’s degree in Human Nutritional Sciences, he provides an evidence-based foundation for his clients, recognizing that true health is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Grounded by his faith, Kyle deeply values time spent with his family and has a lifelong love for fitness, design, and nature. By taking the time to understand your unique starting point, he brings a well-rounded, human perspective to his practice, building tailored care plans that help you thrive.
